
CATERING- TABLE SERVICE
Table Service: The Art of Gestures and the Passion for Hospitality.
Training Duration: 6 months
Targeted Positions: Waiter, Waitress, Bartender, Chef de Rang, Maître d’Hôtel
Career Opportunities: Classified hotels, restaurants, snack bars, catering halls
Frequency: 3 sessions per week
Schedule:
- Evening Classes: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Daytime or Weekend Classes depending on your availability
Methodology:
- A combination of theoretical and practical training, delivered in French and English in the school’s training restaurant.
- Supervised by experienced trainers, currently working as Maîtres d’Hôtel and Restaurant Managers in prestigious establishments.
Certification & Opportunities:
- Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP) in Restaurant Service (subject to successful evaluation test).
- Advanced 2-month internship in a hotel or a fine dining restaurant at the end of the training.
