Methodology
- Training combining theory and practice, delivered in Arabic, French and English in our fully equipped pastry lab
- Ingredients and raw materials provided by the school for practical work
- Supervision by highly qualified pastry chefs and bakers working in renowned hotels and pastry establishments
Certification & Opportunities
- Professional Competency Certificate (CAP) – in Pastry, Bakery & Cake Design (subject to passing the evaluation test)
- Advanced Internship – Organized in a hotel or a prestigious pastry/bakery at the end of the training
