Room Service is an art that combines precision and attention to detail.

Training Duration: 6 months

Target Positions: Room Service Agent, Room Attendant (Female/Male), Floor Supervisor, Assistant Housekeeper, Floor Housekeeper

Workplace Opportunities: Classified Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Guesthouses, Event Venues

Training Frequency: 3 sessions per week

Flexible Schedules:

Evening classes: 7 PM – 9 PM

Daytime or weekend classes depending on your availability

Methodology:

• Theoretical and practical courses in French and English in the school's fully equipped pedagogical room dedicated to role-playing and simulations
• Work-study option: 5 days of practical learning in a hotel + 1 day of training at the school over a 6-month period
• Highly qualified trainers currently working as head housekeepers in classified hotels and luxury establishments

Certification & Career Opportunities:

• Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) in Room Service & Housekeeping (upon successful completion of the evaluation test)
