Cooking is an art that blends passion with creativity.
Training duration: 6 months
Target positions: Cook, commis chef, chef de partie...
Workplace: Classified hotels, restaurants, cafés, banquet halls...
Frequency: 3 sessions per week
Flexible schedules:
Daytime or weekend classes, depending on your availability
Methodology:
- Training combining theory and practice, delivered in Arabic, French, and English in our fully equipped kitchen lab
- Ingredients and raw materials provided by the school for practical work
- Supervision by highly qualified chefs working in classified hotels and renowned establishments
Certification & Opportunities:
- Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) in Cooking (subject to passing the evaluation test)
- Advanced internship organized in a luxury hotel or restaurant at the end of the training
