Cooking training

Cooking is an art that blends passion with creativity.

Training duration: 6 months

Target positions: Cook, commis chef, chef de partie...

Workplace: Classified hotels, restaurants, cafés, banquet halls...

Frequency: 3 sessions per week

Flexible schedules:
Daytime or weekend classes, depending on your availability

Methodology:

  • Training combining theory and practice, delivered in Arabic, French, and English in our fully equipped kitchen lab
  • Ingredients and raw materials provided by the school for practical work
  • Supervision by highly qualified chefs working in classified hotels and renowned establishments

Certification & Opportunities:

  • Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) in Cooking (subject to passing the evaluation test)
  • Advanced internship organized in a luxury hotel or restaurant at the end of the training
